Yesterday, I ate Sugar. Today, I feel like Crap

Yesterday, My mind gave into the unfortunate rhetoric that I should be able to “eat sugar in moderation”. I actually had a rough weekend as well, as I went for the Sunday dessert. It kind of started me on a downhill motion and I hit rock bottom yesterday.

This is what I fell for:

I didn’t just a little bit of cookie dough. I didn’t just eat one cookie. I ate and ate and ate and ate while I played on the computer. I woke up with a sugar hangover.

But, I’m committed to starting again. I always commit to starting again. Here we go.
