100 Day “No added Sugar” challenge

I like this challenge from Katie Couric. Here are the rules:

For 10 Days You are Challenged to Abstain from:

1). No soda or sweetened beverages

2). No Artificial Sweeteners (aspartame, sucrose, etc)

3). Any Foods that have added sugars

At Sugar Broke we go the extra mile.

10 Days is a nice start, but our goal is 100.

10 Days isn’t enough to stop the cravings or recover your body.

You need 100.

Here are the Rules.
