3 Days of No Sugar

These are the physical benefits I am noticing:

1). I sleep better and I wake up with energy;

2). I am alert and motivated at work;

3). I feel disciplined and in control;

4). I have lost the mental sugar haze;

5). My joints feel good and I run with much more ease;

6). I went through some cravings and withdrawals yesterday. I was grumpy. I feel better today;

7). I don’t feel the need to proselytize my success. I am calm;

8). I just feel good. I don’t know.
