Yesterday was my 10th day off of sugar. Last night I didn’t sleep. Well, I slept, but not much.
Oddly enough, I woke up early and energized.
I think my body is still in the process of resetting and my sleep patterns are adjusting.
Important that I don’t cave into sugar and restart the whole process from the beginning again.
Joining in Lent really has been a motivator for me. I feel committed and optimistic.
Everyone has there reason for wanting to quit. There are so many motivators.
