These are the reasons why this researcher claims sugar is so dangerous:
1). Sugar upsets the metabolic system. This means that we don’t get full. Our body is tricked into eating more and more and more and more. As a test of this theory, try not eating sugar today. Notice how you don’t want to eat anymore? That’s a natural response. Now, if you eat cookies, you may not stop, because your body is tricked into wanting more and more.
Addiction Therapy is Necessary
2). Beating sugar is not as easy as just going on a diet. This researcher found that the most effective way to beat sugar is with addiction therapy, not just dieting.
