I have come across two food products that help curb my sweet tooth cravings. Usually when I get home from work and after dinner, I start craving something sweet. Sometimes fruit helps but sometimes I need the texture of something that my mind relates to pure sugar fun.
So when I need a Soft Drink. I now reach for these Zevias:
They are deliciously good and only with a hint of stevia to sweeten the bland and almost bitter taste of carbonated water. I love these.
When I need Chocolate – I go with these ChocZeros
These choc zero bars don’t have any added sugar or sugar alcohols (the stuff they put in diet drinks). I don’t see anything objectionable about these and the texture is awesome.
